Due to on-going construction on the Woodrow Wilson Bridge project, there may be unexpected detours from the directions listed below.  Please watch the traffic signs carefully.

From I-395 Northbound (Beltway Outer Loop)
Take Exit 177B - US ROUTE 1 N - stay in the left-hand lane
Turn LEFT onto RICHMOND HIGHWAY / US Route 1 N - becomes Patrick Street
Turn LEFT onto WYTHE ST.
Turn RIGHT onto FAYETTE ST.
Take the 2nd LEFT onto BRADDOCK PLACE (Note: Street sign may be hidden by trees). 
Proceed to the traffic circle and turn RIGHT into VISITOR PARKING.

From I-395 Southbound (Beltway Inner Loop)
Take Exit 177B - US ROUTE 1 N
Merge onto PATRICK ST / US Route 1 North
Turn LEFT onto WYTHE ST.
Turn RIGHT onto FAYETTE ST.
Take the 2nd LEFT onto BRADDOCK PLACE (Note: Street sign may be hidden by trees). 
Proceed to the traffic circle and turn RIGHT into VISITOR PARKING.

From Washington, DC / I-395 Southbound
Take Exit 8C - US ROUTE 1 S
Go STRAIGHT at the stoplight onto HAYES ST.
Turn LEFT onto 15th ST.
Turn RIGHT onto JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY / US ROUTE 1 SOUTH - becomes HENRY ST.
Turn RIGHT onto WYTHE ST.
Turn RIGHT onto FAYETTE ST.
Take the 2nd LEFT onto BRADDOCK PLACE (Note: Street sign may be hidden by trees). 
Proceed to the traffic circle and turn RIGHT into VISITOR PARKING.

From Arlington / George Washington Parkway Southbound
George Washington Parkway becomes NORTH WASHINGTON ST.
Turn RIGHT onto WYTHE ST.
Turn RIGHT onto NORTH FAYETTE ST.
Take the 2nd LEFT onto BRADDOCK PLACE (Note: Street sign may be hidden by trees). 
Proceed to the traffic circle and turn RIGHT into VISITOR PARKING.    

From I-395 – Northbound
Take Exit 7A – SOUTH GLEBE RD / VA-120.
Turn RIGHT onto JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY / US-1 S - becomes HENRY ST.
Turn RIGHT onto WYTHE ST.
Turn RIGHT onto FAYETTE ST
Take the 2nd LEFT onto BRADDOCK PLACE (Note: Street sign may be hidden by trees). 
Proceed to the traffic circle and turn RIGHT into VISITOR PARKING.

Parking

Street Parking

Two-hour parking (8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday thru Saturday) is available on West Street and on Braddock Place.  Three-hour parking ( 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Saturday) is available on Fayette Street on on Madison Street (except 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. on Mondays).  Towing is strictly enforced.

Currently there are no residency restrictions on street parking. However, Alexandria is debating the imposition of permit requirements for street parking. The best advice is to read the signs carefully when parking on the street.

Visitor Parking

There is covered visitor parking to the north of our building. Entry is available by taking the second right-hand turn from the Braddock Place circle.  Visitors must take a ticket upon entering, the rate is $2.00 per hour with an $8.00 per day maximum.

Airport and Hotel Accommodations

Airports

Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) is one stop away from our offices on the Metro, just minutes away. The Metro is conveniently accessible from all gates and all airlines at DCA.

When transit timing and convenience are important to the traveler, DCA would be the choice.

Dulles Airport is about 30 miles from Braddock Place . Travel time will vary widely depending on time of day. Cab fare to Braddock Place is about $50 one way. Shared ride services are available.
