Treatment of User Information
At times, you will be asked to provide the Company with certain information including, but not limited to, a valid email address (your "Information"). The Information provided to NIB in an online form(s) on this Web site is for NIB business use only. NIB will not sell, rent, give-away, or otherwise distribute the information for any other purpose. NIB at times may also disclose to third parties certain aggregate information contained in your registration form(s), not including, however, any personally identifiable information.

Treatment of Career and Resume User Information
On our Career page, you will be asked to provide NIB with your name, address, email address, fax and telephone numbers. NIB will not provide your name, address, email address, fax or telephone numbers from your resume or from a Career page form to any third-party except our associated agencies without your prior consent, or to the extent appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in regulatory legal proceedings where such information is relevant.

NIB's Liability

General
The TOS is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under the TOS shall lie exclusively with the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County and the Commonwealth of Virginia. If any provision of TOS is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the TOS, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of the TOS shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Except as noted on material on particular Web pages, the TOS constitutes the entire TOS between you and NIB with respect to the use of the Web site. Any dispute arising from use of this Web site must be referred for binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its rules and regulations and any such proceedings must occur in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.
