Treatment of Career and Resume User Information
On our Career page, you will be asked to provide NIB

numbers. NIB will not provide your name, address,
email address, fax or telephone numbers from your resume or from a Career page form to any third-party except our associated agencies without your prior consent, or to the extent appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in
regulatory legal proceedings where such information is relevant.

General
The TOS is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under
the TOS shall lie exclusively with the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County and the Commonwealth of Virginia. If any provision of
TOS is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of
the TOS, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of
the TOS shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Except as noted on material on particular Web pages,
the TOS constitutes the entire TOS between you and NIB with respect to the use of the Web site. No changes may be made to
the TOS except by a revised posting on this page.
Any dispute arising from use of this Web site must be referred for binding
arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in accordance with
its rules and regulations and any such proceedings must occur in the Washington,
D.C., metropolitan area.
